This course is for those who are currently working with lasers and would like to master laser practices as well as is for those who wish to advance their career into laser aesthetic practices.
Aesthetic Lasers & Intense Pulsed Light
This course includes the identical material as the Aesthetic Lasers in Dermatology, and includes discussion on intense pulsed light indications when deciding best treatment protocols, and is for those who require further knowledge on the differences between laser and IPL.
Aesthetic Lasers & Beyond
This training includes the identical material as the Aesthetic Lasers in Dermatology, however offers much more and provides a career pathway as a Medical Laser Safety Officer. This opportunity is unrivaled in the aesthetic industry, and leads to board certification with the Board of Laser Safety.

Our Correspondence Learning Program offers a self study, self-paced aesthetic laser program that prepares estheticians and laser practitioners to practice in a medical spa environment. The aesthetic laser program offers three options depending on the needs of the learner.

Aesthetic Lasers in Dermatology

The course covers many aspects of aesthetic lasers and is unrivaled in the industry. Components to the material includes the physics of lasers as well as indications and applications in dermatology when treating skin disease.
The material discusses the physiology of the skin with emphases on genetics and ethnicity when determining laser parameters as well as tissue regeneration therapies post operative ablative procedures. A healthcare facility or medical spa can be considered legally compliant with federal regulations and national laser safety standards with an appointed MLSO with laser operation.
Our Medical Laser Safety Officer Program expands upon the practice of laser aesthetics and offers critical insight to laser safety regulations and individual practicing responsibilities required by law.
Written by an aesthetic and laser legal expert witness, readers will gain knowledge on standard of care best practices and the elements for "cause to action" under Tort law. The learner will be equipped to execute best practices into private practice preventing and prepared for negligence litigation.
